By Placing an Order, You Agree to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through Kangan Jewellers — including orders placed via our website or through WhatsApp. By confirming an order with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order. We are always happy to answer questions before you commit — reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will respond promptly.

Our Products

Handcrafted With Intention — No Two Pieces Are Alike

Every ring in the Kangan Silver Collection is individually handcrafted by our artisans. The product images on our website are reference photographs — they represent the design and character of each piece, not an exact replica of what you will receive.

• Each ring is made by hand; subtle variations in finish, weight, and proportion are inherent to the craft
• Natural gemstones vary in colour, pattern, and texture — your stone will be of the same type but will be entirely unique
• Product photography may represent colours differently from how they appear in natural light
• 925 sterling silver will naturally develop a patina over time — this is expected and can be polished

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the handmade nature of these products and the natural variation that comes with it.

Ordering & Payment

How Orders Work

Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp after you submit your interest via our website. The order process is as follows:

• You express interest via the Order Now button on a product page
• We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the design, size, and details
• A 50% advance payment is required to begin production
• The remaining 50% is collected upon delivery
• Production begins only after the advance payment is received

Your order is not confirmed until we have received your advance payment and sent you a confirmation on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion before production begins.

Production & Delivery

Timelines and Delivery

Because each piece is made to order, production takes time. We will give you an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current workshop demand.

We offer free delivery within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery to other cities across Pakistan is available — charges and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the piece has been dispatched.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you believe there is a defect or shipping damage.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders Cannot Be Returned

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, including our policy on damaged or defective items.

Intellectual Property

Our Designs Are Our Own

All designs, photographs, videos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Kangan Jewellers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Photography of our products is commissioned specifically for us. Any unauthorised use of our images is a violation of copyright law.

Accuracy

Product Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and modify product information at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a pricing error occurs and an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding with production. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

Limitation of Liability

Our Liability is Limited to the Value of Your Order

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kangan Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We make no warranties — express or implied — beyond those required by law, and beyond the quality commitment described in our Refund Policy.
