Our Commitment

The Kangan Promise

At Kangan Jewellers, every ring that leaves our workshop is made with care, intention, and a standard of craft that has defined us for decades. We take immense pride in what we create — and we want you to feel completely confident ordering with us.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Because our pieces are handcrafted individually for each customer, our return policy reflects the nature of that commitment — not a corporate limitation, but an honest truth about how handmade jewelry works.

Made for You Alone

Each Piece Is Custom-Made — No Returns or Exchanges

Every ring in the Kangan Silver Collection is made to order. The moment you place your order, your piece enters production — sized to your measurements, shaped by hand, finished specifically for you. It is not picked from a shelf. It does not exist before you order it.

Because your ring is made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

This is not a restriction we impose lightly. A handmade ring crafted to your size and specification cannot be remade into someone else's ring. We ask that you think carefully before ordering, and we strongly encourage you to reach out to us on WhatsApp with any questions before you confirm your order. We will answer everything.

Living Stones

Every Stone Is One of a Kind

The gemstones we use — black onyx, amethyst, labradorite, and others — are natural stones formed over millions of years deep within the earth. They are not synthetic, not uniform, not factory-produced. Each one is a unique object.

The stone shown on our website is a representative reference for the type of stone used in that design. The stone set in your ring will be of the same variety, but it will carry its own pattern, depth of colour, veining, and texture. It may be lighter, darker, or have different natural inclusions. This is not a defect — it is the nature of working with real stone.

No one in the world owns the exact ring you will wear. Your stone is as singular as a fingerprint.

Variation in natural stone colour, patterning, or surface character does not constitute grounds for a return or exchange.

Handmade Character

What to Expect From a Handcrafted Piece

Our rings are made by skilled hands — not by machine. This means your piece will carry qualities that mass-production cannot replicate: subtle texture, weight, and detail that make it distinctly its own. It also means there may be slight variations from the product photographs on our website.

  • Finish may appear slightly different under natural versus studio lighting
  • Proportions and surface character may vary within acceptable handcraft tolerances
  • Metal colour and sheen may differ slightly from screen to reality
  • Stone placement and orientation are set by hand and will vary piece to piece

These variations are a mark of authenticity, not error. They do not constitute grounds for a return. If you have concerns about what to expect before ordering, please ask us — we are always happy to share more photographs or describe the current available stone and finish.

Quality Assurance

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Every piece is personally inspected before it leaves our workshop. We package carefully to protect your order during transit. However, if your ring arrives with a structural defect or verifiable shipping damage, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a repair or replacement under this policy:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage from multiple angles
  • Do not attempt to fix or alter the piece before contacting us

We will assess the claim and offer a repair or, where a repair is not possible, a replacement piece. Claims made after 48 hours, or involving customer-caused damage after delivery, will not be eligible.

Ring Sizing

Getting Your Size Right

We will ask for your ring size before confirming your order. We strongly recommend having your finger measured by a professional jeweller before providing us your size — a proper measurement ensures the best fit.

If an incorrect size is provided, we will do our best to accommodate a resize, though this may involve an additional charge and production time. Please verify your size carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.

Before You Order

We Are Here — Please Ask Us Anything

We are a small family-run workshop, and we genuinely want you to love what you receive. If you have any question about a piece — the stone, the sizing, the finish, the process, the timeline — reach out to us before placing your order. No question is too small.
